Creollagen® Amalfi Lemon | Creatine & Collagen Powder

Creollagen® is designed for athletes, gym-goers, and anyone looking to support strength, recovery, joints, skin, and overall health. It's suitable for both men and women of all ages.

Each 600g bag contains 30 servings of Creollagen™ (20g per serving).

So you can ✅ off your collagen & creatine monthly requirement in one bag.

The reason is simple — serving size.

Each daily serving of Creollagen® delivers 5g of creatine and 13g of collagen peptides, alongside vitamin C.

That's over 18 grams of active ingredients per scoop.

To put that into perspective, a standard capsule holds about 500mg (0.5g).

You'd need to swallow 35+ capsules every day to match one scoop of Creollagen®.

Not only would this be impractical, it would also drive up cost and reduce compliance.

By keeping it as a powder, we make sure you get the full, research-backed doses in a convenient, mixable format — easy to take daily and versatile to add into water, smoothies, or shakes.

Many supplement companies underdose their products and rely on marketing tricks to make them look more effective than they are. A common tactic is listing amounts in milligrams (mg) instead of grams (g) — for example, writing "2,500mg" instead of clearly stating "2.5g."

This makes small doses appear larger and misleads customers into thinking they're getting the full research-backed amount.

At CoreOptimise®, we don't cut corners. Each serving of Creollagen® delivers the full clinical doses:

- 5g creatine monohydrate (not the ineffective 2–3g you'll often see)

- 13g hydrolysed collagen peptides (well above the 2–5g "sprinkle" blends many brands use)

- 100mg vitamin C to support collagen absorption

We list everything clearly in grams so you know exactly what you're getting — premium dosing backed by science, not marketing tricks.

As women age, natural collagen levels decline, affecting skin, joints, and bone strength.

From your mid-20s, collagen production begins to decline by around 1% each year — and by menopause, women can lose up to 30% within just a few years.

While creatine supports energy, recovery, and performance, especially important for active women and female athletes.

Women naturally have lower creatine stores than men due to lower muscle mass and hormonal differences. This can impact energy availability, strength development, and recovery — particularly for active women and female athletes.

Creollagen® combines both in one daily, optimised formula to support long-term health and performance.

The timeline depends on the ingredient and the benefit you're looking for.

Creatine typically saturates muscle stores within 2–4 weeks of daily use, with many users noticing improvements in strength, energy, and workout performance sooner.

Collagen works more gradually — research suggests consistent use over 8–12 weeks supports joint comfort, skin elasticity, and connective tissue health.

With daily use of Creollagen®, you can expect short-term performance benefits from creatine and longer-term wellness support from collagen.

Anytime that works for you.

Creatine works through saturation, not timing, and collagen benefits come from consistent use.

Many people take it in the morning, post-workout, or add it to a daily shake.
